Shipping

We charge a flat rate of $9 for delivery across the North Island and $25 to the South Island of New Zealand for our framed canvas prints. Shipping costs will be calculated once shipping details have been entered and will be visible in the order summary in your online shopping basket.

Our canvas prints are carried in stock and are ready to dispatch within 1-2 days. Delivery times to your address will remain dependent on local courier schedules and availability however would usually be delivered within 1-5 days.  We use Courier Post as our delivery provider and once shipped an order tracking number will be provided to allow you to track the delivery of your print.

Returns

We do not have to provide a refund if you have changed your mind about a particular purchase, so please choose carefully. If the goods are faulty, we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act to provide a remedy.  In addition to the remedies available under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 Consumer Law, if you change your mind you may return the product within 7 days of the date of delivery, provided the product is in original condition, and at your delivery cost, and we will exchange the print for an alternative design of your choice of the same value.

Orders may be cancelled for change of mind if the order is yet to be despatched. Please contact us urgently if you wish to cancel your order as all of our products are carried in stock and we endeavour to despatch within 1-2 days of placing your order.  

We do not provide any product warranty however we are happy to replace any canvas prints received damaged in transit.  Please visit our Contact Us page to leave us a message and we will arrange this with you.
